Africa-Israel Interfaith Dialogue

Africa and Israel, with their unique identities, historical trajectories, and rich cultural heritages, have always drawn on diversity as a source of inspiration, community, resilience, and innovation. By engaging in thoughtful conversation, we can bridge cultural divides and foster a deeper understanding among various communities.

When African and Jewish individuals from varying traditions and backgrounds come together with open minds and hearts, the potential for collective understanding and cooperation is exceptional. Such conversations can emphasize common interests and values, such as mutual support, compassion, and a desire for peaceful relations, which transcend economic interests. 

Through such dialogues, the scope of interactions extends beyond mere conversations to include support and economic cooperation among our peoples as follows:

• AIECC Interfaith Dialogue promotes respect and peaceful coexistence among diverse African and Jewish traditions.
• Engaging in these conversations can bridge cultural divides and enhance societal cohesion.
• When African leaders and community leaders come together, they lay the groundwork for collaborative efforts in business and social initiatives.

Like the World Jewish Congress, our motivator, we will engage with audiences at serious interfaith programs in churches, mosques, temples, and seminaries to foster intergenerational harmony and relations.
